Iraq: The (Bombing) Surge is Working.

AP/NPR reports that two suicide bombers exploded their devises killing more than 20 people. This is link to the vote by the Iraqi Congress of the US/Iraqi pact that would let, if passed, US troops stay in Iraq until 2011.
