Red Cross Accuses Israel of Neglecting Gaza Wounded.

Today,the Red Cross said it has discovered shocking scenes in Gaza -including small children next to their mothers' corpses- when they gained access to part of Gaza.The Red Cross accused Israel of failing to meet obligation to care for the wounded.
