Biden's Foresight on Iraq.

For a lot of Democrats,candidate Biden appeal resided in his plan for Iraq.It was to split Iraq into a loose Federation with Shiites,Sunnis & Kurd having a largely autonomous government.Iraq is on the brink of a complex civil war again.Could it be a good idea for President Obama to reconsider his VP's plan of 2007?
