A poll in French newspaper, Le Parisien,shows that 57% of the people surveyed have a negative opinion of the Pope.23 % expressed a positive opinion,down from 53% six months ago.The recent statement of the Pontiff,in Africa, against the use of condoms in AIDS's prevention plays a big part in the dramatic drop in a traditionally catholic country.
