Clinton's Tuesday speech at the Democratic National Convention will set a tone for party unity — or disunity. Even though she conceded defeat for the presidential bid in June, Clinton has not released her delegates. Some of her supporters( 25%) are not letting it go and are still considering voting McCain. They will be the swing vote of 2008.
