Is McCain still a racist?

Twenty five years ago, McCain voted against Martin Luther King day to be recognized as a national holiday. He has claimed recently that he regrets his vote. However, he was in his early 50's when he casted the vote already a middle aged man. Is he really sincere now? African-Americans and all minorities should wonder about this before November.
