Toby Harnden, the US editor of Britain's Telegraph, thinks it could be the case. Let's just hope it isn't the decision made by President-elect Obama. It would be a big mistake, just like keeping Robert Gates as Secretary of Defense. The 3 key Cabinet positions( State, Treasury and Defense) are supposed to be announced by the end of the week.
