Economic tensions between America & China are rising at exactly the wrong time.Tim Geithner,Treasury Secretary to be, strongly accused China of "manipulating" its currency during his confirmation hearing.The comments were not well received on the world markets.In our global recession context the last thing needed is for the US to antagonize China.
