The world is investing too much cash & hope in carbon capture & storage.Let's face it,coal is the dirtiest of fossil fuels,producing twice the CO2 that natural gas does when it is burned.Talking about "clean coal " is basically an oxymoron.....

Interesting article, it seems like a pretty nice discovery but yet a kind of useless one also. In these times the money on doing research like this could be spend on already known clean ways on how to make energy. Instead of making clean coal which will still pollute earth lets spend it on switching to wind or solar energy. That's the real solution here, clean, efficient and already developed.
