The Justice Dept.declassified 9 memos issued during the Bush-era asserting a sweeping view of presidential power, authorizing the military to search Americans' homes without a warrant and send detainees to other countries despite congressional statutes.More memos are still classified,the ACLU is putting pressure on the Justice Dept. for disclosure.
