Gaza civilians are left exposed in Israel's ground invasion.The number of casualties on the Palestinian side is now more than 500 with more than 1,800 wounded. Basic food & water shortages have now reach a critical stage, affecting all of the 1.5 million Palestinians.The medical facilities are overwhelmed and short of even basic medical supplies.
