Secretary of Defense Robert Gates tells NPR that the U.S. is reviewing its mission in Afghanistan and he believes NATO will send more troops, even if only for the short term. Gates also says all U.S. troops will be out of Iraq by the end of 2011 unless the Iraqis ask for help, and Obama agrees....
