Barack Obama has ordered the Navy’s prison at Guantanamo closed by next January. He suspended Military Commission trials, assigned Attorney General Eric Holder to determine which of the 241 detainees should be prosecuted, released or sent to other countries. Yet the Obama Administration is still trying to recruit lawyers to defend its detentions.
