No matter how hard Obama and his surrogates are trying to spin the decision of not prosecuting the CIA agents for torture, it is unlikely to work.1st: It will be easy to challenge legally ( the ACLU is already working on it).2nd:Both the left & the right are up in arms over this decision.3rd: it is sending the wrong message to the world community.
