His flip-flopping on taking part in the debate makes him appears somehow erratic. He was supposed to suspend his campaign, go back to Washington and save the day...well it didn't work out. A large proportion of GOP's Congressmen are not listening to either him or Bush. His choice of Palin has become an albatross around his neck. Is it over?
