Says Naomi Klein, the author of " The Shock Doctrine ". This is, in her view, the real " Bush Doctrine" of either creating or poorly managing crisis after crisis ( either domestically or abroad) in order to bankrupt the system and by doing so allowing the privatization of all social programs ( social security, welfare, medicare etc).
