By Andrew Gray BAGHDAD (Reuters) - The new U.S. military commander in Iraq must find ways to keep improving security while American troop levels are falling, Defense Secretary Robert Gates said on Monday as two Baghdad bombings served as a reminder that security in Iraq is still very precarious.
