Ban Ki-Moon called for Israel & the Palestinians to return to the negotiating table on the premise of two states living side by side. Mr. Ban said he was "very disturbed" by the situation in Gaza 3 months after the conflict. He stated that " Measures that increase hardship & suffering are unacceptable and must stop immediately."
