The Bush administration " Praetorian Guard " has been dispatched to New-Orleans to pick up the slack....from the Louisiana National Guard still busy Iraq. I guess when you don't believe in government you need a private army.

The Military-Industrial Complex: It’s Much Later Than You Think.
Since 1961, there has been too little serious study of, or discussion of, the origins of the military-industrial complex, how it has changed over time, how governmental secrecy has hidden it from oversight by members of Congress or attentive citizens, and how it degrades our constitutional structure of checks and balances.
With the Bush administration and its private army of Blackwater...it got even worse. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have been a blessing for the military-industrial complex, it has to some extend driven the ideology of the neo-cons.
