Climate Change:The Illusion of "Clean Coal".
The world is investing too much cash & hope in carbon capture & storage.Let's face it,coal is the dirtiest of fossil fuels,producing twice the CO2 that natural gas does when it is burned.Talking about "clean coal " is basically an oxymoron.....

US Election polltracker
The race for the White House is getting closer. McCain has found traction with the energy issue and his claim that off shore oil drilling can lower gas prices. Most experts think that it would take a long time for oil production to be online and that the impact on oil prices would be very limited.

A Texas oil man with a plan for alternative Energy ?
Unfortunately, not the one we had in the White House for the last 8 years. This one is oil tycoon's Pickens. Mr. Pickens is spending some serious money on the biggest wind farm ever built. Big enough to power a town.Other folks should follow his lead.
