Eve of Destruction: The Speech that Defined a Presidency

After Bush’s speech on the eve of the second Iraq War we all knew it was out of our hands. We had no choice but to trust — trust the decision of our elected officials. I was one of the 20% who vehemently opposed attacking Iraq, but I desperately hoped that our leadership would prove me wrong.
