The physical & mental abuse of detainees in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo was the direct result of the Bush administration detention policies and shouldn't be dismissed as the work of some bad guards. This is according to a bipartisan Senate report released Thursday. The Bush administration should be held accountable.
